| Members we asked to participate in the Borough's new Turkey Hill Store's Grand Opening. Fire Chief Chris Bickings participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony with Borough Officials, Turkey Hill Management and Borough Police Chief Ted Roth. Following the ribbon cutting, Fire Chief Chris Bickings and Firefighter Michele Katzin went head-to-head with Police Chief Roth and Council President Ken Templin in a ice cream scooping competition. Victory was BUFD's after scooping more ice cream, resulting in a $1,000.00 donation from Turkey Hill. The Police also received a $500.00 donation for 2nd place.
Thank you Turkey Hill for remembering our service during your celebration and most importantly, THANK YOU for the donation! |
