@ 2353 Company 7 was dispatched to Fulton Street in Birdsboro Boro for a chimney fire with extension into the roof. Chief 7 arrived on location to find heavy fire in the roof of the home. Crews from the engines deployed multiple lines and went to work pulling the ceiling and siding to expose the fire. Crews from Tower 7 opened the roof to vent the home and assist with overhaul. Company 7 was assisted on scene by companies 6, 1, 23 and company 79. Company 25 stood by at Station 7 to backfill the station. Crews were on scene for approx. 3HRS.
