Crews were alerted to assist Company 42 @ 5 East Point Drive in Cumru Township with manpower for two 40' trailers on fire filled with truck tires threating a building. Engine 7-1 went responding with a crew of six and was assigned to the manpower pool upon their arrival. Soon after arrival crews went into service helping man the foam hand lines and pulling tires off the burned out trailers to access the burning tires. While crews were busy at the scene company 7 was alerted for a MVA in Union Township Crews went responding with Rescue 7 to find a tree had fallen onto a car that was driving under it. Crews removed the tree and cleared the scene within an hour. Engine 7-1 crew was in service for about 3.5 hours in Cumru Township.
