On Saturday June 27, 2015 at approximately 4:00 pm the BUFD responded to the area of Fire Tower Rd & Scott's Run Rd for reports of a fallen tree through a vehicle's windshield. On arrival, Chief 7 confirmed the report with no major injuries to the driver of the vehicle. Rescue 7, Engine 7 and Attack 24 assisted with the call as well as French Creek State Park Rangers and PSP.

At 5:42 pm, Rescue 7 and Engine 7 were dispatched to Chestnut Street / E 9th Street for one vehicle overturned onto the guardrail. A silver Dodge Ram pickup truck pulling a trailer was traveling down Chestnut Street into Birdsboro when he struck the guardrail and slid off the side of the road. Both the truck and the trailer where hanging off the embankment with the guardrail as it's only support. Crews spent nearly two hours on scene assisting police and road crews to get the vehicle and trailer disentangled from the guardrail and assist with fluids on the roadway. No serious injuries were sustained from the occupant of the vehicle.
