BUFD was invited to join Monarch's Station 6 parade and housing on Saturday August 22. The parade included Monarch, Mt. Penn, Birdsboro-Union, Earl, Fleetwood and several other neighboring area companies. Over 50 pieces of apparatus were included and displayed in the parade. The parade started at 1pm from Amity Elementary school and made it's way back to Station 6. Included in the parade from BUFD was Tower 7 and Rescue 7. Tower 7 brought home a second place trophy for Best Appearing and Equipped Aerial! Congratulations to all other companies involved and to Monarch on their housing!
