| At 1715 Company 7 was dispatched along with SBEMS Station 1 for a MVC with entrapment Vehicle into a residence. Command 7 arrived on location to find a 2 car MVC with 1 vehicle into a residence; Command 7 also confirmed 1 female still in the vehicle. Command 7 gave the order for the rescue to go in service with the bumper mounted combination tool and to pull the front bumper 1 ¾ attack line. Upon arrival R7 went in service and the victim was extricated at 1729 (9 min extrication time). Upon victim removal crews began the process of stabilizing the building, with bottle jacks and copious amounts of cribbing. During the building stabilization Ladder 1 (Mt. Penn) and Rescue Engine 23 (Gibraltar) relocated to Station 7 for stand-by. |
