14:49 Hrs: Engine 7 was dispatched with Company 25 (Exeter Twp), Ladder & Rescue 1 (Mt. Penn), and Medic 630 (Exeter Ambulance) for a confirmed working house fire, which was reported as an attached garage. Deputy 25 arrived on scene with heavy fire showing to the front of the residence. He requested a 2nd Alarm, which added Tower 7 to the assignment.
Engine 7 was the second arriving engine. They were instructed to go into service with their heaviest water lines. The fire in the garage was quickly knocked down. The Engine crew then deployed a attack line to the 2nd floor of the residence to check for extension into the residence. Tower 7 arrived and the crew reported to the manpool.
The Department was released by Chief 25 at 16:20 hours.
