Hello all. I believe it was your department that came to our house Saturday night to help my son on the 2nd floor. I wanted to give a very big thank you to you all for what you tried to do. We lost him that night but I appreciate everything you all did to try to keep him with us. May your lives be blessed and your holidays happy. Thanks again for your hard work.

I would just like to drop a note for one of your members that participated in helping my wife's grandmother. While shopping, she sustained some sort of cardiac issue and was pulseless for several minutes. My pregnant wife shouted for help and began CPR. All the passers-by kept walking. Finally, a security guard and one of your members assisted in CPR. Unfortunately, I do not know his name or even if you can find out. I just wanted to drop a message letting your officers know that your members help changed the outcome to a good Christmas instead of what could have happened. It was very comforting knowing so many people from 79 and Western Berks. Thank you . Stay safe.
